Warranties

Warranty periods vary depending on the product, see the individual product page for the specific warranty period.  Misuse or physical damage is not covered.

Warranty issues are handled by contacting our customer service department via email and describing the issue and  requesting a warranty return or replacement.  Depending on the nature of the issue we may request photographs or to have the defective component returned to enable us to validate the manufacturing defect.  Once received your return will be processed within 3 days and a replacement or refund sent depending on your requested solution
