Sold Trucks - "Don"
The Bones
The truck was a highly optioned SE with full winter package including the ultra luxurious heated windshield. Had the very nice factory carpeted floor mats with the Discovery embroidery in excellent shape. The truck had been owned for over 10 years by a local D2 enthusiast who had lovingly maintained in with the help of local shops, but decided to trade it on a fully updated Extinct restoration. Paint was in good condition except for the hood and roof were beginning to show the normal D2 clear coat fade and the rear frame was beginning to show a bit of bubbling on the rear frame horn. The owner had added a heavy duty Old Man Emu 1.5" lift kit with nitrocharger shocks and extended stainless brake lines in addition to the extensive list of replacement parts. The truck had around 140k when I got it and ran good but was beginning to show its age inside and out.

The normal Extinct refreshing of bumpers, cowl, tail door bezel, and fender flares coated with bedliner was completed. Additional exterior accessors consisting of OEM Safety Devices Roof Rack, OEM Front Brush guard, (both awaiting new owners choices regarding auxiliary lighting), OEM rear access ladder and step, and OEM tail light guards were installed along with Weatherguard window air deflectors. .
